Before I get a bunch of complaints about this being a movie and food blog, not a music video blog let me expalin… I can post what I want!  The music video art form isn’t dead as some (MTV,VH1) would have you believe.  While they are essentially commercials for an artist, they are also another way an artist (or r&d department) to express the meaning of a song.  While a song like the nothing-short-of-exquisite “Rollin’ in the Deep” by Adele can spawn a video about the search for symbolism as in a real break-up, a song like “Sexy and I Know It” by LMFAO can spout out a “who used to be who” of “celebrity” cameoes in a video and not feel ashamed of it.  Below are my top 11 Music videos of 2011.
