For our Trailer Park series, we’re going to highlight outstanding trailers.  While these trailers are highlighted, this doesn’t necessarily speak to the quality of the film itself- only the effectiveness of the preview.  Some films have excellent trailers but the film is terrible like The Nightmare on Elm Street remake, while for others, the opposite can be true like the original Friday the 13th.

Today’s entry in the Trailer Park is Roger Egger’s 2015, THE WITCH.  This film’s haunting trailer plays it subtle and doesn’t give away too much of the plot.  It leaves viewers with just enough intrigue to want to check it out.  Ralph Ineson’s deep, evocative voice accents the dread of this film.  Take a look at the trailer below and let me know what you think in the comments.
