I’m so late.  I didn’t even realize one of my favorite horror films in recent memory is spawning a sequel.  HELL HOUSE, LLC was a very welcome and very surprising entry in the found footage genre.  It’s essentially what THE HOUSES THAT OCTOBER BUILT 2 should’ve been.  Released in 2015, the “documentary” explored the cause of death several people during the opening of a haunted house.  Writer-Director Stephen Cognetti returns with this sequel, which looks equally as frightening as the original.  According to the official synopsis,

It’s been eight years since the opening night tragedy of Hell House, LLC and still many unanswered questions remain. Thanks to an anonymous tip, investigative journalist Jessica Fox is convinced that key evidence is hidden inside the abandoned Abaddon Hotel-evidence that will shed light on the hotel’s mysteries. She assembles a team equally hungry for answers with one goal: break into the hotel and discover the truth.

HELL HOUSE LLC 2: THE ABADDON will make it’s debut on Shudder this September 20th!
