Well, well, well, look who’s decided to visit demon-doll Annabelle in her next solo film. According to Deadline, THE CONJURING-mainstays Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson and his skin-tight pants will appear in the upcoming ANNABELLE 3, reprising their roles as Lorraine and Ed Warren. Their roles in the film will be supporting and not headlining. The new film “picks up with the Warrens bringing the Annabelle doll to a place where she can no longer wreak havoc: their Artifacts Room. Annabelle awakens the room’s evil which sets its sights on a new target: the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter Judy (McKenna Grace). The young girl, along with her teenage babysitter cousin and the cousin’s friend, square off against the evil doll.”

Gary Dauberan, who has written all 3 ANNABELLE films will make his directorial debut with this new installment, in addition to co-writing. With the recent mega-success of THE NUN and the announcements of THE CROOKED MAN and THE CONJURING 3, this billion dollar franchise will probably be around for a while.
