Hello. Good Morning or Evening. Happy Monday. I have a little confession to make. My confession is…ahem…my confession is….this is so hard…here goes…I know next to nothing about the Marvel/DC world- and I’m okay with that. I’ve watched most of their movies because of the boyfriend but I don’t know who goes where and who knows who. Other than BLACK PANTHER and the CAPTAIN AMERICA trilogy it’s all a massive blur. So when the world had their panties in a bunch because of the numerous delays of THE NEW MUTANTS I sat back with several shrugs and continued by martini. I honestly thought TNM was a reboot of THE XMEN until the internet told me that it’s a separate project that’s also a horror movie set in the Marvel Universe. TNM has been relayed three times already (mostly due to corporate shenanigans) so I’m intrigued at the public reaction if when the movie finally sees the light of day.

THE NEW MUTANTS basic ass premise is about “five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a secret facility against their will, fight to escape their past sins and save themselves.”

THE NEW MUTANTS is scheduled for release on April 3, 2020- 2 years after it’s original release date…we’ll see…
