We finally have the first teaser for the upcoming SAW…spinoff?…reboot?…not sequel? From the mind of comedian Chris Rock, SPIRAL: FROM THE BOOK OF SAW, (I really hate that title) is the latest chapter of the long running franchise which also sees the return of series mainstay Darren Bousman (SAW II, III, IV) in the directors chair. Based on the teaser it looks like the series goes back to its roots and focuses on cops being terrorized by someone “who wants to play a game.” Rock stars alongside Samuel L. Jackson, Max Minghella, and Marisol Nichols.

SPIRAL: FROM THE BOOK OF SAW hits theaters May 15th.
